Artificial Intelligence and the challenge of Sustainability

Sustainability and the transition to a circular economy are at the heart of development priorities and industrial policies in Italy and Europe, as well as in Canada and Quebec.

  • How is AI an accelerator and facilitator in the transition to a circular economy and in the pursuit of sustainable development goals?
  • How to develop new sustainable opportunities in a time of change?
  • What are the opportunities for integration and exchange between the Italian and Canadian markets and innovation ecosystems?

The ICCC will once again bring together Canadian and Italian AI stakeholders, universities, research centers, SMEs, start-ups, and large companies, along with expert speakers and panelists during the third edition of the Business Forum which will be taking place on November 18th and 19th, in a virtual format.

New in 2021

  • A specific focus on very targeted, one-on-one meetings between Italian participants and their Canadian counterparts, to discuss potential collaborations
  • Experts and panelist from all of Canada will take part in the conferences and thematic round tables
  • An event which focuses on areas of application and the verticals

Promote structured exchanges of information and know-how between policy makers from both countries;

Encourage the development of partnerships and networks between applied research centers, facilitate technology transfer pathways and optimize the promotion of research results.
