Massimo Celino (M), staff scientist in ENEA, holds a PhD in Condensed Matter Physics from the University ‘L. Pasteur’ of Strasbourg (France). He graduated in Physics at ‘La Sapienza’ University of Rome.
His main scientific interests are in the field of computer-aided design of innovative materials, high performance computing, BigData technologies and FAIR data management. He is strongly involved in European projects (e.g. EoCoE-II, FocusCoE, EERAdata), he is deputy coordinator of the EERA Joint Programme “Digitalization for Energy”.
He is principal investigator of the EuroHPC project “Textarossa” for the design of new technologies for exascale supercomputers. He is coordinating the Italian effort for an accelerated platform for the design of materials for energy.
He is author of more than 90 scientific publications in international journals. Massimo has given a significant number of talks and communications in national and international conferences.
