Mona Magalhaes is the e-IMPAQc Research Program Manager, and is based at St. Mary’s Research Centre. Ms Magalhaes has an MA in social and cultural anthropology from Concordia University. As a qualitative researcher and project coordinator, she has supported projects related to patient and healthcare staff experiences of care, co-design of quality improvement projects and the development of self-care interventions.
