On May 2nd, Chef Heinz Beck, 3 Michelin stars, shared a memorable sensory experience with 300 members, partners, collaborators and friends of the ICCC at the Gala de la CCIC, at the prestigious Fairmont Queen Elizabeth
Each dish created by Chef Beck was a true work of art and evoked his incomparable passion for Italian cuisine.
The ICCC thanks the Honorary Chairman of the evening, M. Sylvain Corbeil, (Premier vice-président, services aux entreprises, Régions du Québec et Atlantique, Banque TD), and the Chairman of the organizing committee, Mr. Carmine D’Argenio (President, BMW Laval).
