On May 11th, Chef Pino Cuttaia, 2 Michelin Stars, shared a memorable sensory experience with 300 members, partners, collaborators and friends of the ICCC at the Gala de la CCIC, at the prestigious Fairmont Queen Elizabeth.
Each dish created by Chef Cuttaia were true works of art, and evoked his childhood memories in Sicily and his roots linked to traditions and family.
The ICCC thanks the Honorary Chairman of the evening, Mr. Guy Cormier (President and Chief Executive Officer, Mouvement Desjardins) and the Chairman of the organizing committee, Mr. Carmine D’Argenio (President, BMW Laval).
