Chef Pino Cuttaia – 2-star Michelin Chef – has arrived in Montreal

Preparations for the Gala de la CCIC have started, with the arrival of Chef Pino Cuttaia in Montreal.

Today, Chef Cuttaia, in collaboration with the Executive Chef of the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, Baptiste Peupion and Chef Pasquale Vari, from the ITHQ, treated a select group of ICCC guests to an unforgettable culinary experience.
