Last week, 2 mixologists from Québec were invited by the Consorzio di Tutela Prosecco DOC to visit the production area of Prosecco DOC, in the regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

During their discovery tour, Fanny Gauthier (Ateliers et Saveurs) and Maximiliano Vallée Valletta (Brasserie Les Enfants Terribles) met with wine producers who specialize in Prosecco DOC:

Inspired by the places, the landscapes and the good wines at their disposal, our 2 mixologists took advantage to invent new cocktails … using Prosecco DOC, of course!
