During the Wine and Travel Italy Roadshow, under the theme “La différence est dans le goût”, a variety of retail stores and specialty shops in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan area offered their customers, authentic products from Emilia Romagna to taste.
All the products tasted had the Protected Denomination of Origin (PDO) or the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) certifications, designed to protect names and traditions of high-quality European foods made according to traditional methods in a defined geographic region.
