Valérie Poulin – Ville de Montréal

Valérie Poulin has worked for the Economic Development Department of the City of Montréal since 2015. Valérie is Director of Economic Intelligence and International Outreach and has also been Director of the International Relations Office for the City of Montreal.
Valérie has nearly 20 years of experience in economics and finance. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degrees in economics from Laval University, and she also did a propaedeutic in environmental economics and biodiversity from the University of Oulu in Finland.
