Patrizio Bianchi
Head Delegate / Regional Minister from Emilia-Romagna, Responsible for European Policies for Development, Universities and Research
Patrizio Bianchi is the Head Delegate representing the Regional Minister from Emilia-Romagna, Responsible for European Policies for Development, Universities and Research.During his academic career, he studied economics with a specialization in industrial policy. After graduation, he worked at various institutions to gain professional experience. He worked at the Price Commission in England from 1978-1979 as well as the Commission in Italy from 1980-1982. He also worked as a Researcher for the European Commission. He then decided to become a professor at the University of Bologna in an effort to share the knowledge he acquired and eventually became the Dean of Faculty at the University of Ferrara in 2004.
In recognition of his efforts, he was offered the opportunity to develop European policies for development, education, and research for the region of Emilia-Romagna in 2011, a role that he still holds to this day
