Guido Guidesi was born in Codogno on January 6, 1979. After graduation, he worked as a tax consultant and banker. In June 2013, he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies. From June 2018 to September 2019, he held the position of Undersecretary of State to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. After the governmental experience, he continued to work as Parliamentarian until January 2021, when President Attilio Fontana appointed him as Lombardy Regional Minister responsible for Economic Development.
