For another year, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada is proud to support the next generation of culinary talent by awarding five $1,000 scholarships to students enrolled in the Cucina Italiana program at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ).
These scholarships recognize the excellence, dedication and passion of students who have distinguished themselves throughout their academic journey, demonstrating both exceptional culinary skills and strong commitment to their craft. Congratulations to this year’s recipients: Victor Ly, YueYue Lou, Alexandre Moreno, Ève Marie Larouche and Cédrick Lemay.
Through this initiative, the ICCC reaffirms its commitment to promoting and celebrating Italian expertise in Canada while contributing to the preservation and transmission of a culinary heritage recognized around the world.
