
Giuseppe Campanile – Comune di Taranto

Court-appointed Lawyer with over 12 years of experience in administrative and health law, graduated in Law at the University of Bari, with MS and PhD in Public Procurement at the University of Rome – Tor Vergata, spending time between Rome and London. He successfully attended the course on “Data: Law, Policy and Regulation” at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is Adjunct Professor of Administrative Law at LUMSA University in Taranto (Italy).
Thanks to his extensive experience in strategic management and technical assistance with national and European projects, he founded APS Public Health Environment and Social Equity – PLANET, a non-governative entity based in Puglia since 2021, led by an interdisciplinary group of professionals, working with public authorities, private bodies and citizens to stimulate the bottom-up process of innovation in the field of public health, social and digital equity and reducing environmental impact.
Currently, PLANET participates to MISTRAL Project (HORIZON EUROPE, Work Program 2021-22 “Health”, GA 101095119, 2023-2026) as WP2 Leader on “Data Management & Regulations”, and to CALLIOPE “Casa delle Tecnologie Emergenti di Taranto: Casa dell’innovazione per il One Health” (Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Work Programme “5G”, CUP , 2023-2025) as advisor for research integrity. PLANET is the beneficiary of the regional project – TCH “Taranto Community Hub” (Apulia Region, Work Programme “PugliaCapitaleSociale 3.0”, CUP B95I23000430009 , 2024-2025).
