The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada’s annual event, the Wine and Travel Italy Roadshow, returns again this year. The event, dedicated to the territories and producers of 100% Made in Italy products who are subscribed to Wine and Travel Italy, will be held from November 16th to 22nd, 2017. Under the theme “La différence est dans le goût”, the 2017 edition of the Roadshow will present a rich calendar of activities where 100% Made in Italy specialties will be showcased.
The 2017 edition of the Roadshow is dedicated to: wine agencies, restaurateurs, chefs, sommeliers, importers/distributors of fine foods, media. There will also be some exclusive events reserved for wine lovers and foodies.

November 16: An evening with Pizza and Puglia specialties
An evening to explore new pizza pairings with a variety of typical specialties from Puglia, accompanied by different wines from the region.
November 17: An evening with Pizza and Puglia specialties
An evening to explore new pizza pairings with a variety of typical specialties from Puglia, accompanied by different wines from the region. Activity reserved for members of Montreal’s Puglieses community.
November 17-18-19: In-store tastings of food specialties from Emilia-Romagna
Specialty shops and grocery stores will offer authentic Emilia Romagna products to taste.
November 20-21: Individual business meetings
For agencies and food industry representatives, individual business meetings with the Italian producers.
November 20: Media Lunch – Emilia-Romagna
A lunch and workshop dedicated to the wines and food products from Emilia Romagna, reserved for specialized media, restaurateurs and sommeliers.
November 21: Masterclass
A masterclass of high-end Italian products, led by Chef Pasquale Vari, professor at the ITHQ and Ambassador of Italian cuisine in Quebec, reserved for professionals and specialized media.

A lunch and workshop dedicated to the wines and food products from Piemonte, reserved for specialized media, restaurateurs and sommeliers.
November 21: Spotlight on Emilia-Romagna
An evening dedicated to the wines and specialties of Emilia Romagna, known as the gastronomic capital of Italy.

The richness and diversity of wine and agri-food products from Piemonte will be showcased at an exclusive evening for consumers.
