On November 22nd 2017, during the Wine and Travel Italy Roadshow, under the theme “La différence est dans le goût“, a special evening was held at the Mercuri Restaurant, featuring Piedmont: the territory, wines and gastronomic specialties.
For the occasion, 10 wine producers from Piedmont offered the guests a variety of 30 wines in exclusivity, since they are not yet available in Quebec.
The menu for the evening was carefully prepared by the inimitable Chef Joe Mercuri, one of Quebec’s most appreciated chefs. The guests enjoyed the typical and authentic specialties of Piedmont, paired with the wines from the region.
