Serge Auclair brings almost 20 years of human resources, managing, organizational and strategic development experience to his position. He held several senior positions throughout his career, mostly in the private sector.
M. Auclair joined the Montreal Port Authority (MPQ) as Director of Human Resources in 2011 and was appointed Vice-President of Strategy and Human Resources in 2013. He is responsible for the revision of the rolling ten years strategic plan and the yearly business plan for the MPA.
Prior to joining the Port Authority, he held various positions in the human resources sector in private companies including Corus Entertainment and Warnex Inc.
M. Auclair is a Member of the Quebec Certified Human Resources Professionals (CHRP).
