Massimo Bocchi is Co-founder and CEO at CellPly where he created the team and raised more than €6m funding from equity investors and grants. Massimo is co-inventor of the core CellPly’s technology and has 15 years of experience in microtechnologies and tools for the life sciences. He is author of 30 scientific papers and inventor of 7 patent families. Prior to founding CellPly, he previously worked at STMicroelectronics, a semiconductor company, and Nodality, a biotech company based in San Francisco. In 2009-2010 he took part to the Fulbright BEST program in Silicon Valley. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bologna and a Technology Entrepreneurship Certificate from the Santa Clara University, CA, USA.
