Graduated in Telecommunications Engineering at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 2005, he immediately started working in FUB on the NGN networks.
He has followed European (BONE-mPlane) and National research projects. After a period in Consip in witch he dealth with VoIP, in 2008 he was appointed by the Mise as a member of the monitoring committees of the Broadband Development Framework Program Agreements.
Since 2009 he has been dealing with Quality of Service, working both at national (“Internet Measure” project) and international (ITU-T SG12 “Performance and Quality of Service”) level. In 2013 he dealt with Data Center at AgID and in the same year he managed the FUB projects in the energy sector. It follows the relations with the Ministry of Transport promoting the 5G networks in the automotive sector. Since 2018 he has been responsible for the 5G pilot trials monitoring project.
He currently holds the position of Head AREA TELECOMMUNICATION: NETWORKS AND RADIO SPECTRUM of FUB.
