As Senior Vice President – Digital Channels and P&C Strategies, Lionel Pimpin is in charge of the management, performance and transformation of NBC digital channels. This encompasses defining strategic directions,
developing and successfully implementing digital and emerging payments strategies and managing multi-year investment portfolio of digital and self-service channels.
From January 2014 to June 2016, Mr. Pimpin held the position of VicePresident – Client Experience, Strategy and Performance, with a mandate to structure, oversee and integrate all strategic and financial planning activities,
portfolio management of business initiatives, overall performance in the Marketing, Customer Experience Management and Marketing research sectors.
Recognized for his ability to work in changing environments and specialized in the management of major transformation programs, Mr. Pimpin has a solid background in the service sector through the various roles he has held for 15 years as a managing director of the international consulting firm, Accenture.
Mr. Pimpin holds a Master’s degree in Business from EDHEC Business School in France and an MSc in Marketing Management from the University of Aston in the United Kingdom.
