Giovanni Martucci di Scarfizzi graduated cum laude in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Florence, in 2007.
He started his career the same year in ALTEC, a Company owned by Thales Alenia Space in Italy and by the Italian Space Agency (ASI), dealing with Ground Segment engineering activities for EXOMARS Rover Operations Control Center (ROCC) and for International Space Station (ISS), for which he was appointed as ASI industrial representative for the ISS Ground Segment Control Board. He worked then as Program Manager and became then the head of Business Development and Sales in 2018.
In 2022 he joined RHEA as Business Development Manager in Italy, dealing with new initiatives for the Group in Italy, with the goal to broaden Group’s activities outside its traditional ESA perimeter.
