Trained physician with a doctorate in public health, Federico is currently research associate in the Canada Excellence Research Chair (CERC) One Urban Health at the Université de Montréal.
He is author of several publications, mainly in the fields of social and health inequalities and food security and responsible innovation in health. His main areas of interest are: One health, healthy cities, health inequalities, food security, population health interventions research, intersectoral approaches, evaluation of community interventions, social determinants of health, social inequalities in health and responsible innovation in health.
