Louis-Philippe Allard has served as Executive Director of CargoM, the Metropolitan Cluster of Logistics and Transportation in Montreal, since November 2024. CargoM brings together key players in the logistics chain of the Greater Montreal area to enhance competitiveness, promote sustainable growth, and increase the sector’s visibility.
A dynamic leader, Louis-Philippe brings over twenty years of experience in operations management, strategic partnership development, and the organization of large-scale international events. After holding key positions at the International Economic Forum of the Americas (IEFA) and at a major Montreal law firm, he was appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the IEFA in 2013. Under his leadership, the organization significantly expanded its activities, broadened its network of partners, and increased its international presence.
In the spring of 2022, he joined Finance Montréal to relaunch the Canada Fintech Forum and expand its strategic partnerships. He also contributed to the development of the Montréal Fintech Station and the high-growth startups it supports, notably through a range of initiatives and international missions.
Born in Montreal and a graduate of HEC Montréal, Louis-Philippe is actively involved in Quebec’s entrepreneurial community and serves on several boards of directors.
