Sangiovese di Romagna wines
the new Lambrusco, the one and only natural sparkling red wine

The workshop will be moderated by Romain Gruson, experienced sommelier and sommelier professor at ITHQ, former president of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers in Quebec (CPHA-Qc) and Vice-President for Canada from 2013 to 2017.
