Restaurateurs, importers and hospitality representatives are invited to a conference given by world-renowned philosopher and writer Fulvio Caccia entitled: “Italy’s contribution to the evolution of Canada’s taste“.

The conference will be followed by a masterclass on extra virgin olive oils typical of Calabria, moderated by Michel Favuzzi, olive oil sommelier and president of Famiglia Favuzzi. 

The evening will end with a cocktail dinner featuring the tastes and flavors of Calabria.

This activity is organized in collaboration with Coldiretti Calabria.
