Massimo Garuti holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Modena.
He has extensive experience managing EU-funded projects and has served as a project manager, working directly with European Commission officers. Over his career, he has led more than nine EU projects focused on innovation in ICT.
An entrepreneur at heart, he has founded four start-ups, including one that has become a national leader in supply chain management solutions. He currently serves as the Cluster Manager of the Cultural and Creative Industries Cluster for the Emilia-Romagna region.
