Alberto Lusoli, Country Manager for North America at Webranking, joined the program “Chamber mentoring for international growth”, led in Montreal by the ICCC, as Mentee.

Webranking is the largest independent Italian search agency offering strategic digital marketing consultancy for the most important Italian and international brands through media planning, experience design and data intelligence.  The company has been certified Great Place to Work and is among the companies with the highest growth rate in Europe, according to the Financial Times and INC. Magazine.

Alberto appreciated interacting with an experienced professional with work experience in large companies and knowledge of the Canadian market: “Marie Anna Bacchi offered very useful support. It not only helped me understand how to structure our Canadian market offer, but also allowed us to submit our proposals to periodic “stress tests” which allowed us to refine the entry strategy.“

Alberto recommends this program to other mentees: “… it allowed me to understand how commercial and decision-making processes work in Canada and what the differences are between Europe and North America. I recommend it especially to companies that are starting a process of internationalization overseas ….“
