Mark-Anthony Serri serves as Managing Director, Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions for Royal Bank of Canada based in Montreal, Quebec. He has worked for over 25 years as a Partner in a large assurance and advisory firm, financial advisor in professional firms, as M&A Director of a public technology company and as CFO/Entrepreneur of a business he restructured and divested. He has performed hundreds of merger, acquisition and financing assignments for the technology, manufacturing, transport, distribution, energy and retail sectors, amongst others. He is a member of the Board and Executive Committee of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada (ICCC) and is also involved at the Priory School as a Board member and Treasurer. He has obtained the CPA, CA, CPA (MI), CFA, CBV and CFF professional designations.
