Damian Molyneux is responsible for advancing IQC’s presence on the global stage. Driven by a deep commitment to accountability, transparency, equality, fairness, lifelong learning, and innovation, Damian found his values closely aligned with those of IQC and its team. When approached with the opportunity to join the company, he immediately recognized the potential to contribute to its mission. He strongly believes that IQC’s cutting-edge products and services, which leverage IIOT, blockchain, and generative AI technologies, are essential in empowering decision-makers to make well-informed, impactful choices for a better future.
Damian brings a wealth of leadership experience to his role, having held management positions at various levels throughout his career. Most notably, during his 24-year tenure at Siboni s.r.l., a family-owned manufacturing company in northern Italy, he progressed from Finance Manager to Commercial Director and eventually to CEO. Under his leadership, Damian successfully oversaw the international expansion of the company, developing export markets and broadening its supply chain. He also played a pivotal role in managing the sale of the company to an Italian multinational before moving to IQC.
Originally from England, Damian relocated to Italy in 1999, where, when time permits, he continues to enjoy teaching English as a foreign language. He holds an MBA from Bologna Business School and a degree in Accountancy and Law from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
