Fabio Galbusera is the Head of the Laboratory of Biological Structure Mechanics (LABS) of the IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi, Milan, one of the top ranked Italian research hospitals for orthopedics. He received the degree in biomedical engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, Italy and the PhD at the Institute of Orthopaedic Research and Biomechanics, Center of Musculoskeletal Research Ulm, Germany, with which he still cooperates.
