A day does not start without it\u2026.and so it is for millions of people around the world. In fact, aside from water, coffee is the most widely consumed drink in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are many styles of Coffee and many cultures have created their own version for consumption.<\/span><\/p>\n

For Italians, Espresso is how the day begins.<\/span><\/p>\n

For Italians, Espresso is the proper way to enjoy what this delicious bean has to offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

This short documentary will focus on Espresso, the proper way to make it; the proper way to drink it; how it is an expression of the barista who makes it and the social rituals that accompany it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hear from Espresso experts – a cafe owner, a roaster, and a connoisseur – about what makes this essential drink so special.<\/span><\/p>\n

As an organization that promotes all that is authentically Italian, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada is proud to be involved in producing this short documentary, in collaboration with the Toronto and Vancouver Italian Chambers of Commerce.<\/span><\/p>\n
