welcoming 2 reputable chefs from Emilia Romagna, the gastronomic capital of Italy, during our annual meeting Wine and Travel Italy Roadshow, under the theme &#8220;La diff\u00e9rence est dans le go\u00fbt&#8221;.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span id=\"noHighlight_0.49666340784499874\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Members of the <em>Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani<\/em>, <strong>Chef Romina Lugaresi<\/strong> and <strong>Chef Alessandro Poletti<\/strong>\u00a0hosted a\u00a0 cooking demonstration specifically designed for professionals and chefs, with a menu featuring authentic products from Emilia Romagna, to discover the flavors and fragrances which make up the great culinary tradition of this region.<\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span
