Enzo Castellaneta is the Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Builti S.r.l., an innovative startup specializing in digital solutions for structural integrity assessment and predictive maintenance of buildings, infrastructures, and industrial plants.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has extensive experience in managing complex Asset Management and digitalization programs for major industrial groups and utilities. Over the years, he has led projects for Leonardo Global Solutions, Enel, Edison, Ferrovie Emilia-Romagna, and Credem.
A strong advocate of algorithm-driven and IoT-based technologies, he coordinates the development of FIBA® (Fast Infrastructure & Building Assessment) — a platform awarded the Seal of Excellence by the European Commission and recognized by the SMAU Innovation Award for its industrial application of predictive models and static/dynamic monitoring systems.
