L\u2019entreprise entend investir plus de 45 M$ et cr\u00e9er 25 emplois au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par M. Luigi Erriquez, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Delmar, en pr\u00e9sence notamment de Mme <strong>Dominique Anglade<\/strong>, vice-premi\u00e8re ministre, ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie, de la Science et de l\u2019Innovation et ministre responsable de la Strat\u00e9gie num\u00e9rique, de M. <strong>Robert Po\u00ebti<\/strong>, ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s publics et aux Ressources informationnelles, de Mme <strong>Anju Dhillon<\/strong>, d\u00e9put\u00e9e de Dorval \u2013 Lachine \u2013 LaSalle, de M. <strong>Robert Beaudry<\/strong>, conseiller de la Ville et membre du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif, de M. <strong>Hubert Bolduc<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Montr\u00e9al International et de M. Franco Moro, pr\u00e9sident de Delmar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le projet d\u2019investissement, qui a pour objectif de moderniser les installations et d\u2019augmenter la capacit\u00e9 de production de l\u2019entreprise, pr\u00e9voit notamment l\u2019agrandissement de l\u2019usine de l\u2019arrondissement LaSalle ainsi que l\u2019achat d\u2019\u00e9quipements \u00e0 la fine pointe de la technologie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Avec la mise en place de son centre d\u2019excellence, l\u2019unique fabricant d\u2019API au Qu\u00e9bec sera en mesure de r\u00e9pondre aux nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s du march\u00e9, tant pour les produits pharmaceutiques sous brevet que g\u00e9n\u00e9riques. Delmar pourra en effet accentuer ses efforts en recherche et d\u00e9veloppement, o\u00f9 elle investit d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e8s d\u2019un demi-million de dollars annuellement, collaborant notamment avec l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, l\u2019Universit\u00e9 McGill et l\u2019UQAM, qui ont men\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement de six nouveaux produits g\u00e9n\u00e9riques au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour concr\u00e9tiser son projet, Delmar a obtenu un pr\u00eat sans int\u00e9r\u00eat de 10 M$ du programme ESSOR, administr\u00e9 par Investissement Qu\u00e9bec et le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9conomie, de la Science et de l\u2019Innovation (MESI), de m\u00eame qu\u2019une contribution remboursable de 1,5 M$ de D\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique Canada pour les r\u00e9gions du Qu\u00e9bec (DEC), en vertu du Programme de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique du Qu\u00e9bec (PDEQ). L\u2019entreprise a \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du soutien de Montr\u00e9al International, du Groupe CAI Global et de la Chambre de commerce italienne du Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Citations\u00a0: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00ab Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos efforts en R-D, nos investissements en technologies de pointe et nos ressources humaines, nous avons su d\u00e9velopper des produits innovants et doubler notre capacit\u00e9 de production. Au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s internationales y ont investi plus d\u2019un milliard de dollars. En 2017 pour le Grand Montr\u00e9al seulement, les investissements facilit\u00e9s par Montr\u00e9al International ont augment\u00e9 de 15 % et le nombre de nouveaux projets dans le pipeline est \u00e9galement en forte croissance.
