Be our guest and get the full Italian culinary experience, with some of the city’s most renowned Chefs serving up some of their signature dishes.
As Italian cuisine is the theme, you’ll have the chance to appreciate traditional and innovative recipes – highlighting the quality of authentic ingredients and the distinguished expertise of chefs who have truly mastered the art of multi-sensory cooking.
This year, the region of Emilia-Romagna, the Food Valley of Italy will be featured. The chefs will prepare one of their dishes using typical ingredients from the region and present a traditional recipe from the region, with a twist.
We invite you to come and share an evening with us – complete with great food, an on-site sommelier to assist with wine pairings and exceptional networking opportunities. This is a private event, tickets are sold individually or by tables of 6-10 for larger parties.
The relationship between Italian cuisine and culture is profound, so we’ve made it our mission at the ICCC to promote Italian excellence, on all platforms, including gastronomy. We are proud to collaborate with the ITHQ in the development of future chefs by donating a part of the proceeds from the Souper Gourmand Italien for scholarships to deserving students looking to complete apprenticeships in Italian cuisine.
