Mathclick is an Italian deep-tech startup, specializing in the application of Artificial Intelligence to remote sensing.

We are patenting an innovative “edge AI” water sensor, which we call DISSENSE, capable of measuring the amount of CO2 dissolved in seawater alongside the other main chemical parameters: pH, salinity, dissolved O2. Via the use of a completely new approach, the sensor is significantly cheaper to own and to operate with respect to the alternatives.

Value Proposition

We propose DISSENSE to research institutions and environmental monitoring entities, as a way to fill in the void in knowledge of the global ocean chemistry, as it can be mounted on an autonomous buoy, either moored or drifting, or on an autonomous marine vehicle, and can collect data for months while completely unattended. We propose it also to fish farming or mussels farming operators, who can use it to have a complete view of the chemistry of the water in which their plants operate, without the need for an intervention by specialized personnel.
