Muraflex : Italian design, made in Canada

In an interview with Corriere Italiano, Fernando Petreccia, president of Montreal-based Muraflex, presented the company specialized in the design, manufacturing and installation of demountable partition panels used in the creation of distinguished work environments.

Founded in 2009, Muraflex has carved out an important place on the North American market. The company now has 200 employees and is headed by the Petreccia brothers, Fernando, as president and Marcello, as executive vice-president.

“Our idea was, and still is, to design and offer easily adaptable and versatile structures, which can be assembled and disassembled, in order to improve workspaces in offices. In other words, we wanted to change the aesthetics and the quality of working environments. Instead of putting plasterboard walls and wooden doors, which are usually dark in colour and reduce the feeling of space, we suggest installing glass panels to let in as much light as possible and make the rooms look more spacious” explained Fernando
