Carola Monge, responsible for brand management and marketing of wines from Italy and Argentina at Elixirs Wines and Spirits, joined the program “Chamber mentoring for international growth”, led in Montreal by the ICCC, as Mentor. 

“Mentorship allows participants to benefit from your know-how through a rewarding transfer of knowledge. Volunteering is about meeting new people and building relationships. Being a mentee allows you to associate with someone who has a lot of experience. It allows for a global and impartial vision of your company and can help you progress as an entrepreneur.”

Born in Argentina and of Italian origin, Carola graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET). She has held various positions in business development and sales in Spain, Mexico and Argentina for Canadian companies. 

“This mentorship project has also helped me broaden my horizons while staying connected to the Italian business community in Montreal.”
