On November 20th, 2017, during the Wine and Travel Italy Roadshow, under the theme “La différence est dans le goût“, a Masterclass on authentic Italian specialties was organized specifically for industry professionals and specialized media.
Organized in collaboration with the Italian Association of Geographical Indication Consortia (AICIG), the Masterclass was moderated by renowned experts of authentic Italian specialties:
- Lou di Palo, expert on typical regional cheeses (Piave DOP Consortium, Asiago DOP Protection Consortium, Pecorino Toscano DOP Protection Consortium, and Grana Padano DOP Protection Consortium)
- Francesco Lupo, respected specialty foods educator (Prosciutto di Parma DOP Consortium ).
